Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: August 2026 · Applies to keybs.io and the KeyBS Pay web application
Our Commitment
KeyBS Pay is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard.
What We Do
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks, headings and labels
- Full keyboard navigation across menus, forms, accordions and dialogs
- ARIA attributes on interactive components (menus, accordions, toggles)
- Color contrast targeted at WCAG AA on text and interactive elements
- Reduced-motion support — decorative animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting
- Descriptive alternative text on informative images and icons marked decorative where appropriate
- Visible focus indicators and logical tab order
Compatibility
The KeyBS Pay website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack, on desktop and mobile devices.
Known Limitations
Some older documents, third-party embedded content (such as payment provider frames) and data-dense tools may not yet fully meet our standard. We review these areas as part of our ongoing accessibility programme and prioritise fixes that affect core payment journeys.
