What does "Beta" status mean?
Beta integrations are functional and in use with selected customers while we finalise edge cases. Ask the solutions team to be included in a beta — feedback from real workflows is how they graduate to Live.
Can we integrate directly through the API instead?
Yes — everything the packaged integrations do is available through the public API. Teams with in-house engineering often start with the API docs and add packaged integrations where they save time.
My platform is not listed. What are my options?
Request it. Custom and enterprise integrations are scoped by the solutions team, and commonly requested platforms move up the roadmap — the "Coming Soon" list largely reflects customer demand.
Do integrations cost extra?
Packaged integrations are part of the platform. Bespoke enterprise integration work is scoped and priced per project by the solutions team.
